The Embabel Worlds mark: a tower plugged into a fish that circles the world

EMBABEL WORLDS

Let AI understand your world.

So it can act on your behalf, knowing what matters to you.

NewWatch: What if AI had a north star? the video · 2:01Get early access

It starts with what it knows: your world, joined up.

Without understanding, there is no purpose.

Without purpose, agency is meaningless.

EARLY ACCESS

The world your AI acts in.

Embabel Worlds gathers information from anywhere you choose and joins it into one living picture of what you care about, so your AI understands your world. It builds itself, with no integration project and no copy of your systems to keep in sync.

FROM ANYWHERE

It gathers

The systems and documents you already have, and the sources you want to learn from. Drop in PDFs, decks and spreadsheets as they are, link a folder or a web page, or install a realm to reach an API or a database live. Your world builds itself from what you give it.

A KNOWLEDGE GRAPH

It connects

A map of the things you care about and how they connect: the idea behind Google's search results, and the way medical researchers connect genes, proteins and diseases. Until now, building one was a project for specialists. Now Worlds does the hard part for you.

FOCUSED ON WHAT MATTERS

It acts

Say the person who filed last week's frustrated bug report is also an investor, and your CRM knows it. The engineer picking it up has no way of knowing that, but your world does. It moves the issue up the queue, and tells the engineer why before they reply.

With Worlds, your AI can answer from what it knows, watch for what changes, and act on your behalf toward what matters to you, with you approving the important steps. It works from the tools you already have.

What if AI had a north star? Understanding, purpose, agency: how a world gives your AI one. Also on YouTube.

Realms

The ingredients your world is made from.

“There’s an app for that” was the promise of the smartphone. But an app is a meal someone else cooked: you eat it as it’s served. In Worlds, you get the kitchen. Realms are the ingredients. Each one connects your world to something: Xero, HubSpot, Gmail, or every street in Britain. Pick one from the Realm Store, press Install, and your world knows it.

MORE TO KNOW

It adds knowledge

Install HubSpot, and your world knows your contacts, companies and deals, matched to the people you email. Add Xero, and it knows who owes you money. Now ask it: “For each overdue invoice, who’s my contact there, and when did we last email?”

READY TO USE

It adds apps

A realm can come with apps of its own, sometimes several. uk‑streets comes with Street Lens: type a postcode, and see the neighbourhood. There’s nothing to build.

ALWAYS ON

It keeps watch

A realm can check things for you on a schedule. Every morning, your world looks for new government contracts near your offices, and tells you when one is worth a look.

The magic is in the mix. Every realm feeds the same world, so it can answer what none of them could alone. See what’s in the store, and if the one you need isn’t there, make your own and publish it for others. Your coding agent can write it with you (how).

The realm store's Discover tab: 45 realms across 11 categories, as coloured tiles, among them Government & Civic, Risk & Compliance, Developer Tools, Science & Environment, Lifestyle & Entertainment and Security & Dependencies. The realm store's page for uk-streets, by rod, version 0.4.0, with an Install button: street-level Britain joined at a place, from police-recorded crime and every property sale since 1995 to schools, flood alerts and each place's MP, as one graph from official sources that need no key.

FOR DEVELOPERS

Declarative
YAML, plus TypeScript handlers where real logic is needed. No JVM bytecode and no native binaries — a realm is auditable by reading it.
Composable
Install several. They share one graph, and the spec says exactly what happens when two realms describe the same entity.
Yours
Fork one, fix it, point the runtime at your copy. Realms resolve from any GitHub org or user you configure — starting with your own.

ANSWERS, WATCHES, ACTS

Useful from the first afternoon.

No ingestion project, and no quarter of integration work. Point it at a folder and a system you already run: PDFs, decks and spreadsheets go in as they are, linked into one graph that stays up to date, with per-user access control.

ANY QUESTION

It answers

Any question, across any system, with sources, so an answer can be checked rather than believed. It’s already an MCP server, so your agents and your team’s tools can ask it too.

ANY CHANGE

It watches

A question worth asking twice becomes a saved view. One worth asking all the time becomes an alert that reaches you the moment the answer changes: the drift, the recall, the clause that moved.

MULTI-STEP WORK

It acts

Multi-step work run end to end, with approval gates exactly where you want them. The answer stops being a report somebody has to action.

QUESTIONS YOU CAN’T ASK TODAY

Questions no single system can answer. Until now.

Each of these needs data from systems that were never joined, like your CRM, your billing system and your support desk. Today someone exports them to a spreadsheet and matches them up by hand, once a month. In Worlds you just ask, and it can keep checking for you.

Ask in EnglishKeeps checking
  1. Which customers have upsell deals, overdue invoices, and are angry about unresolved issues?
  2. Which signed contracts have a liability clause that drifted from the template?
  3. Which parts in this recall are still in inventory, and who bought them?
  4. Which of last quarter’s deals stalled at the same step, and what did they have in common?

Any model. Everything keeps working.

Models are a commodity. Your world isn’t.

Models, and the tooling around them, have had all the money, and both are turning into commodities: a better model comes out every few weeks. None of them will ever ship knowing your business: your customers, your systems, who may see what. In Worlds that lives in your world, not in the model, so you can swap one model for another and your realms, apps and agents carry on as before.

YOUR CHOICE

Pick and choose

OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, DeepSeek, Gemini, or your company’s gateway, paid to them directly. Give each job the model that suits it: a quick, cheap one for chat, the best you can get for code.

NO LOCK-IN

Change your mind

Something better or cheaper comes along? Switch to it in the model router. Your world stays as it is, and everything built on it keeps working.

PRIVATE BY CHOICE

Keep it local

Run models on your own hardware, and your data never leaves your firewall. If you like, it never even leaves your machine.

AI coding took off because code came with a world already: compilers, tests, a sandbox to be wrong in. Your business doesn’t have one. Worlds builds it from what you already own.

The model router's topology: contexts such as chat, planner, app builder, ranker and text-to-Cypher each run through a role, such as chat_cheap, code_best or routing, to the model it lands on, one colour per route. Documents, memories, chat messages and entity search go straight to one embedding model.
The model router: every context, the role it goes through and the model it lands on. Any provider, or models on this machine.

VIRTUAL CYPHER

One question, across systems that were never joined.

Your graph holds what you own. The rest — a CRM contact, a support ticket, a valuation, a public record — lives in someone else’s system. Virtual Cypher lets a query traverse into it as though it were already there: the engine fetches the far side on demand, materializes it for the life of the query, and rolls it back. Nothing is mirrored, so nothing goes stale, and no answer is older than the question.

The sidebar lists more of the realm's 60 views, such as BiggestGrantsHere, CareNearMyPlaces and CrimeAroundMyPlaces.

Quick start

Hello, world

A hello isn't just a greeting. It can be the beginning of something unexpected.

You've just arrived, and the usual rules don't apply here. See that road? The folks back home won't believe where it goes. But first, let's get you checked in. It's on us.

Piping a script into a shell is a thing you should be suspicious of — so read it first: install.sh for Linux/macOS, install.ps1 for Windows. Both are deliberately short, and both are the same files the public repository serves. Running either accepts our Free Trial Terms and Conditions, which setup also shows you before it installs anything.

Step 1 of 4

Docker Desktop
The runtime is containers. Free, and a sizeable first download. Model Runner must be enabled — embeddings run locally, on your hardware.
Bring your own model
OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, DeepSeek, Gemini, or your company's gateway, paid to them directly. Or keep it local, so nothing you ask leaves your machine.
Disk and memory
Several gigabytes for images and the graph. It is a real system running on your own machine, and it is honest about that.
