Author tooling

The host ships a thin wrapper (embabel-realm) that drives the JVM-side surface generation. Most realm authors only ever need npm run build for everyday work; embabel-realm sync regenerates .embabel/gateway.d.ts when the host’s surface changes (new realms, new APIs).
